Best Cheesecakes Recipes

I am not a great fan of desserts as I find most of them lusciously sweet. But cheesecakes… Cheesecakes seem to melt in your mouth; their tender taste is one of the greatest gastronomic pleasures for me. I even learned to cook them myself and found that it is not a very difficult task to perform.

To prepare a cherry cheesecake you will need 50 gr. of butter, two spoons of sugar, one pinch of salt, one egg, 100 gr. of flour, 5 spoons of milk. To make cream you should take three eggs, 250 gr. of cottage cheese, 50 gr. of cream, 75 gr. of sour cream, 50 gr of sugar, two spoons of farina, one lemon, 425 gr. of cherries and 100 gr. of red wine.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Then stir warm butter, add sugar, salt and one egg. Gradually add flour and milk to this mass. Prepare cutters for baking and lay out the dough on them.

Separate egg whites from yolks and whip them up. Squeeze lemon juice. Mix cottage cheese with cream, sour cream, sugar, farina, yolks, lemon juice and zest. Add whipped whites. Lay this mass out on the dough in the cutters and put them in the oven for 35 minutes. Then let it cool.

Mix cherry juice with red wine and boil this liquid. Add farina to make it denser. Pour this sauce on the cherries and lay it all out on the top of your cakes.

Chocolate cheesecake is also extremely easy to cook. You will need 230 gr. of flour, three spoons of cacao, 275 gr. of sugar, one spoon of vanilla sugar, 150 gr. of butter, four eggs, 750 gr. of cottage cheese, 125 gr. of milk, three spoons of lemon juice and 50 gr. of chocolate.

Mix flour with cacao, vanilla sugar, 75 gr. of sugar, salt, butter and one egg. Lay out the dough on the cutter and put in the freezer for thirty minutes. Heat the oven. Whip the whites with salt. Mix cottage cheese with yolks, milk, lemon juice an sugar, then add whites. Separate the mass in two parts, and add cacao and chocolate to one of this parts. Lay out on the dough alternately white and dark mass. Put it in the oven for 50-55 minutes.
